Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair cuticle, which is responsible for maintaining the color for an extended period, is absent, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Wig wearing steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

Wig cleaning and care: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; add shampoo to cold or warm water; soak the wig for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangle issues: All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb the hair with your fingers.)

Hairstyle and color issues: All wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your needs. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products.
Material: 100% high-temperature fiber.
Please note: Due to extrusion during packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when you receive it. Don't worry, simply take one or two minutes to comb it, or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be the same as in the picture.
